How uninstall the Parental Time Control
If you have blocked the phone Settings application, you must launch Parental Time Control and disable this blocking.
Launch the Settings of the phone, Accessibility, Support Android → off;
Uninstall the Support Android in Settings → Applications.
Uninstall the application Parental Time Control.
